Development of new phenotyping methods
The international Standardized protocols based on the International Mouse Phenotyping Resource of Standardised Screens (IMPReSS) helped build the comprehensive phenotyping pipelines used in the JMC and IMPC projects. Although our pipelines are designed to allow comprehensive analysis of many phenotypes, there has been constant change in the research community and social demands. Our Division will continue to develop new and international phenotyping methods to meet the needs of research communities and societies.
