Forelimb and hindlimb grip strength measurement, MAX and MEAN were significantly increased in 49-week-old mice (Late) relative to 9-week-old mice (Early) (p<0.01). In both of forelimb grip strength measurement and forelimb and hindlimb grip strength measurement, normalised values against body weight were significantly decreased in 49-week-old mice (Late) relative to 9-week-old mice (Early) (p<0.01).
