Research Interests


Purpose : To develop new technologies to increase the value of bioresources, concretely to develop new technologies for the integration and sharing of mouse phenotype data with high reliability

For that purpose, I am focusing on experimental protocols, because results of a specific experimental analysis come under the considerable influence of its own protocol differences.

I am now engaged in the following works.

SDOP format

Standardization of Protocol Descriptions:

・Development of SDOP(Standardised Description of Operating Procedures)


・Convert the SDOP-DB data in a PPML format


SDOP-DB TOP

Database Development:

・SDOP-DB (a comparative protocol database for mouse phenotypic analyses)


・Ontology-based protocol data integration (in progress)
