PPML（Phenotyping Procedures Markup Language）is a standardized data format for describing experimental protocols defined by XML（eXtensible Markup Language）schemas. The PPML schema is developed by Mouse Phenotype Database Integration Consortium (InterPhenome) to provide an interoperable framework for sharing and reuse of mouse phenotyping protocols among institutes or laboratories.
Here, SDOP data are available in the PPML format for international sharing and integration of mouse phenotyping protocols.
