The advanced managements and phenotype profiling have led the production of high-quality bio-resources in biomedical field. However, this led the increasing of data complexity. In addition, the lack of standardization of the data format have resulted the limitation of use of the data and the contribution to current information society. To break through this situation, it is essential that development and standardization of data structure to represent entities of high-quality bio-resource.
