Single Nucleotide Variations (SNV)

All the data are detected by bioinformatics anaysis of whole genome sequencing (WGS) data from PacBio and Illumina for SV and SNV detection, respectively, by comparing to the mm10 mouse reference genome sequences. The mm10 sequences originted C57BL/6J inbred strain. C57BL/6J and C57BL/6JJcl strains diverged in 1989.
